Duck, Death and the Tulip

Shortfilm, 10:40 min

A duck meets the Death. Death has a lot of time. And so the two talk and learn a lot about themselves - and about life.

DUCK, DEATH AND THE TULIP is TrickStudio’s 3rd film adaptation based on a children’s book by Wolf Erlbruch (see also: THE BIG QUESTION & THE STORY OF THE LITTLE MOLE WHO KNEW THAT IT WAS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS). The illustrator himself closely supervised and advised the production. The performance of the dubbing actors Harry Rowohlt and Anna Thalbach, who lend character and expressiveness to the characters, is also excellent. The short film has been shown at many festivals worldwide and has won numerous awards.
